The 4-Channel multiplexer MidiMux collects two input signals, multiplexes them and outputs a single transport stream. The MidiMux is able to control two MPEG2 encoders as well as two tuner NIMs.
PCR correction and bitrate adaption are done, if necessary; table generation is possible, too.
Power supply is 9–24 V.

maintech Mux Configurator
The maintech Mux Configurator creates PSI tables and PID filter programs for MiniMux and MidiMux. The program opens and saves Multiplexer Configuration files (.mux) and compiles Multiplexer Binaries (.mbn) for upload to the multiplexer.
Attention: important notice
The version 0.3 of the maintech Mux Configurators should only be used with the following board versions:
- MidiMux up to v7.2
- MiniMux up to v7.1
- MidiMod up to v1.9
For later board versions please use the version 0.4 (or higher) of the maintech Mux Configurator!

Chaining Multiplexers — Application Note
